Working less may make us more productive. And, as Russell argued, working less will guarantee “happiness and joy of life, instead of frayed nerves, weariness, and dyspepsia.”

I have always strived to get a team that works less, especially in data analytics and database marketing.  This strategy also makes sense for occupations that are dependent on using brain over brawn.  When spending long hours on tough problems, productivity and greatness diminishes, similar to the chart in this article below.
